Overall we were extremely happy with everything. The driver, Logan, was amazing. He was on time; polite; fun; flexible; helpful; great communication both in the van and via texts. The only trouble we had was with the booking. Keith was onto it, helpful and efficient… then someone called Chris messaged me asking for more money, even though I had received the quote and paid it. He told me I had to sort it out with Keith which was weird. I refused as it was already all sorted. Chris let the whole process down which was a shame.

I hired the coach company for my sons 21st to transport people to and from the venue as I didn’t want people drink driving and also wanted a cool experience for the group. What I liked about this company is their quick responses to communications and willingness to make it work for us. I also thought the price was reasonable and competitive with other company’s, and I did my research! Peter the bus driver was lovely, he was patient and went above and beyond. My son was able to play his music through a portable speaker on the way to and from the party venue (kindly supplied by Peter). I was also able to get us all picked up a bit earlier than booked with a last minute call to Peter and he was there within minutes which was amazing as we were all ready for home after a night of dancing in heels! Fantastic idea to hire a bus and a fantastic company. Would definitely hire them again and would highly recommend! Thanks again

Our driver Wayne Lee (Wei Li) was awesome. On time and very friendly. At first the whole process was fairly straight forward, but it was extremely difficult to make a change and a $50 fee I felt was pretty hefty for an hours time change. It was almost like once you had the deposit you weren\\'t interested in talking on the phone to me and everything had to be done by email.
